NRT Names David Krieger President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Central Pennsylvania
MADISON, N.J (May 1, 2017) – NRT LLC, the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company, announced today that David Krieger has been named president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Central Pennsylvania. In this position, Krieger oversees the daily operations of the company’s 17 real estate offices and more than 650 sales associates and employees serving Adams, Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, and York counties in Pennsylvania.
Krieger presently serves as the group president of Pennsylvania with direct oversight of Coldwell Banker Preferred, which provides real estate brokerage services in the Greater Philadelphia area and the Delaware Valley, including northern Delaware and southern New Jersey. In this role, he also has managerial oversight of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services serving the Greater Pittsburgh area.
“David brings a wealth of knowledge to this marketplace. He is a dynamic leader who has earned tremendous respect from his colleagues and the countless sales associates he has served throughout his career,” said Kate Rossi, executive vice president of NRT LLC. “Under his energetic and agent-centric leadership, I am confident that Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Central Pennsylvania will continue to thrive.”
Krieger is an accomplished real estate professional whose career spans nearly 20 years. Over the course of his career, he has served in various roles, including real estate agent, branch office manager, and executive. Prior to becoming president of Coldwell Banker Preferred, he served as senior vice president and general sales manager of the company, where he was responsible for overseeing nine branch offices and all of the company’s educational programs, including its state-of-the-art Success Center.
Krieger is replacing former president Quentin Miller and longtime business partner Ryan Hess, who served as vice president of strategic initiatives. Both will remain affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in a sales capacity and pursue their interests in investment real estate, new construction, and business brokerage. The two co-founded Realty Select, Inc. in 2002, which became Coldwell Banker Select Professionals in 2008, and in 2011 acquired Coldwell Banker Homestead Group. Coldwell Banker Select Professionals was acquired by NRT in 2014.
“Both Quentin and Ryan have had a tremendous influence on this organization,” said Rossi. “They are both greatly respected professionals and we are pleased that they will continue to serve the community in Central Pennsylvania and represent Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as sales professionals. I wish them great success in their new roles.”
