Successfully complete 30 hours of Real Estate Fundamentals and 30 hours of Real Estate Practice through a reputable and licensed real estate school.

Submit application, application fee and required documentation to PSI licensure certification. PSI will issue an Examination Eligibility postcard if all the requirements have been met.
