If you or your spouse is a U.S. Military Veteran, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage – Central PA presents to you a complete “Veteran Success” program of coaching, education, marketing and business materials for your first year as an independent sales associate.

Starting in a new business can be financially challenging, so Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is offering to provide you with funding that would be helpful to offset your real estate related expenses including classes, state exam, initial real estate license, REALTOR® board, MLS fees, Legal Assistance Program, signs and marketing materials that are not covered under your GI Bill Benefits.

Program Highlights

  • Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offers $2,000 in funding to assist any new DD214 veteran or spouse of veteran sales associate for education, business, marketing or any other expenses.

  • New independent sales associates have the opportunity to receive personal coaching from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage marketing and education staff during their first year of business.  A personal real estate website is provided along with assistance in leveraging it for maximum exposure.

  • After certification and licensure, new qualified independent sales associates have the opportunity to attend the “Skillbuilder” course that helps prepare them to prospect for clients, build a book of business and negotiate real estate contracts and paperwork.

  • Independent sales associates have the opportunity to build a business plan to follow for personal success in real estate sales.

Funding Details

  • Applicable to veterans with honorable discharge (DD214) and spouses of veterans.
  • Initial $1,000 paid after independent sales associate affiliation date.
  • Additional $1,000 paid after the finalization of the independent sales associate’s first closed transaction.
